Auto Refill Summary

The Auto Refill Summary report provides statistics for all patients and prescriptions enrolled in the Auto Refill service within a specific time period, as well as the number of Pick Up Reminder calls generated for Auto Refill prescriptions.

  • Start Date and End Date - defines the date range used to retrieve data for the report. This includes:

    • The number of patients that were enrolled or declined from Auto Refill

    • The number of prescriptions that were enrolled in Auto Refill.

    • The number of prescriptions that were filled.

    • The number of Pick Up Reminder calls that were made for those prescriptions.
